Prior to beginning construction of a home, we follow the steps below to design the architecture.

• A walk though is done of the land, and the site of the property is established.
• Preliminary drawings are created based on the ideas of the client.
• Revisions are made to the drawings based on the clients needs.
• Changes are reviewed and any engineering issues are resolved.
• The approval process begins to resolve any municipality issues prior to receiving permits.
• Drawings are signed off and construction begins.
