At Delmark homes, satisfying the customer is our first priority. We are extremely flexible throughout the home building process and understand that this may sometimes be a stressful time. We strive to make this a pleasant experience.

• The customer brings their blueprints and design ideas, which we discuss with designers.
• We then go over the permits with the client, and inform them of any issues which may conflict with their designs.
• Final pricing and payment agreements are discussed and a deposit is taken for the construction of the home.
• Construction begins according to schedule, weather permitting.
• Meeting with the customer follow, in order to go over structural materials and details.
• Futher meetings with the customer to discuss interior colors and designs.
• Upon completion of the home prior to occupancy, a walk through is done with the client to ensure their satisfaction.
