INTERIOR APPOINTMENTS

REMINDERS

exterior colour packages.

Selected of colours from available Vendor’s
samples & optional extras may be done, with no future changes.
Finishing’s are ordered upon receipt of selections. All
selections are final.

Purchaser may be required to reselect colours
and / or materials from vendor’s sample as a result of
unavailability or discontinuation.

Homes may be sited as shown on brochures or
reversed as engineering and grading conditions demand.

Minor variations may occur from vender’s floor
plans, house elevations and samples.

Size of windows and doors may vary with walk outs
conditions.

All dimensions are approximates. Furnace and Hot
Water Tank locations may vary from that shown. (due to
construction).

Appliances purchased through the builder are
supplied and set in place, not installed. Manufacturers Warranty
only is provided.

Dryer vents are provided through walls or through
main exteriors. Purchasers are responsible to attach vents to
dryers.

Square footage measurements are calculated using the
formula, Tarion Warranty uses.

TARION WARRANTY is paid by the homeowner as a
closing cost on closing.
GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY

DELMARK HOMES INC. is a registered builder
with The Tarion Warranty Corporation. The programs offers a
one year comprehensive warranty for surface defects and a two
year warranty for plumbing, heating, electrical system and
building envelope.

Specifications subjects to change without notice
E & O .E. 01 /01/ 07. The builder reserves the right to
substitute materials of similar or better quality should supply
so dictate.
