    • The customer chooses one of our designs, and selects their desired colors, interior and exterior finishes.
    • Extras and upgrades are also offered at the time of design consultation.
    • Final pricing and payment agreements are discussed and a deposit is taken for the construction of the home.
    • Construction begins according to schedule, weather permitting.
    • Meeting with the customer follow, in order to go over structural materials and details.
    • Futher meetings with the customer to discuss interior colors and designs.
    • Upon completion of the home prior to occupancy, a walk through is done with the client to ensure their satisfaction.
